Patrick Di Justo (born April 11, 1964) is a freelance magazine writer who writes about science and technology. He is a contributing editor to Wired magazine, where he writes the monthly What's Inside column, and the co-author of The Science of Battlestar Galactica, an exploration of the science behind the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica (2004 TV series), published in 2010 by John Wiley & Sons.
Di Justo has also written for the New York Times, Scientific American, Salon.com, and Popular Science. He is a public radio reporter and producer, working out of WFUV, and has been a technology commentator for CNN. He has appeared in every issue of Longshot Magazine.
In addition to his work as a journalist, Di Justo has been a computer and robot programmer for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and a planetarium producer at the Andrus Planetarium. From 2000 to 2005 he was a lecturer at the Hayden Planetarium.
